  • It is also known as Turmeric in english and Curcuma in latin.
  • If you are suffering from severe Cold & Cough take ¼ small spoon turmeric powder in 1 glass warm milk, wrap up yourself and sleep.
  • You can even take 1 spoon Turmeric powder add little amount of warm water, make a paste that could be easily applied over your forehead and sleep soon after applying it.
  • For Glowing Skin take ½ small spoon milk and add a pinch of turmeric powder mix them well, apply it on your face, leave it for 15 minutes and gently wash it off after 15 minutes thrice a week.
