Before I start with my blog, I want to highlight the biggest challenge faced by a mother face every day. She is the one who is 24*7 on her toes making sure ‘Is her child eating right’, ‘Is her child getting food on time’, ‘Is he/she stressed out’ and so many to list down . In short her life is merely revolving around her family & children.
Children these days have to leave their nests to pursue higher studies and grasp good career opportunities. In coping with all this, they forget the most important of all “Their Health & Well Being”.
Recently my sister’s daughter shifted to Delhi for her higher education and stayed in a PG. I always saw her struggling for even 3 square meals a day and that too on time. This eventually led to her deteriorated health. Whenever we used to have a conversation, she always nagged about the unhygienic and awful food she was getting served. There were times I asked her to cook for herself but she was always ready with N no of reasons for getting excused.
And that’s where my Inspiration for the “Daily Kitchen” lies in. I came up with this idea where I can interact with people and kids staying away from their homes and can motivate them to spare sometime for them and cook.
My blog not only focuses on easy & nutritious food recipes but also on homemade remedies for skin and hair.
